5. Client Obligations & Travel Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, entry visas, health inoculations, evacuation insurance, and travel gear required for remote backcountry regions. You agree to disclose relevant physical limitations prior to confirming strenuous wilderness traverses.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")
